Our tumbling classes offer skills needed for dance, cheer, or anyone that wants to flip. Learn the basics all the way to the most advanced skills. We focus on learning proper technique and progression of moves so that the gymnast faces less injury.
Our technique classes focus on improving balance, flexibility, body alignment, and strength through both center floor and barre work as well as across the floor combinations. There is a strong emphasis on proper execution of various turns, leaps and jumps. We offer beginning technique classes which introduce various dance steps in order to build dance vocabulary, intermediate technique classes which focus on improving existing skills and advanced technique classes which focus on teaching more difficult turns, leaps and jumps.

Lyrical is an expressive form of dance that incorporates a fusion of many dance styles. Many times the choreography tells a story relating to the them of the music. Dancers are encouraged to explore their emotions and movement through choreography and improvisation alike. A strong ballet and jazz foundation enhances the quality of the lyrical movement.

Aerial Silks / Aerial Hoop
our aerial silks class is a class in which one or more artists perform aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric. They use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. Aerial silks may be used to fly through the air, striking poses and figures while flying.
